We’re always on the ball, relish a challenge, and love fresh ideas.
When we started in the business of conventional and system stand construction, throwing away used materials was a matter of course.
Today, this would be seen as over-exploitation of the natural world, which is why sustainability is integral to our everyday practices. We like to work with regenerative resources like wood or with reusable materials like aluminium, glass, and Perspex. We keep the furnishings and artwork we’ve created in storage, which is why we select materials that will allow our artwork to be used again at the next trade fair.
Operating our own in-house woodworking shop helps us minimise CO₂ emissions—and we value sustainability when it comes to our vehicle fleet too.

About us

Fair-Building Messe Design GmbH was founded on 1 January 1997, so we’ve been working in exhibition stand construction for over 20 years.
You have to have it in your blood, because it means working steadily until a stand is finished. To accomplish this challenge, we are lucky to have a committed team, who not only build up your exhibition stand on site but also work with dedication and inventiveness to make spontaneous adjustments in the background.
That’s why we cooperate closely with skilled people in various specialist fields, including multimedia technology, furnishings and accessories, flooring, printing, graphic arts, and design.

This results in a genuine end-to-end service where the initial idea is developed into a concept that combines the design, calculation, and coordination stages with logistics, support, and assembly in a process that works like clockwork. The final outcome is an organised stand build-up and breakdown experience—even in hectic situations.
